A quick, two-way conversation to see if the fit feels right. No presentations, no selling yourself. Just real talk about your experience, what frustrates you about past roles, and whether Reticle's customer-first approach excites you.

The Reticle Thinking Challenge
A short, fun exercise designed to reveal how you approach problems, no prep required. Every position here demands strategic thinking, so we test it directly through a real-world scenario tied to the Growth Sequence. You will walk us through your reasoning, and we will share ours.Final

Conversation

A deeper discussion with founders or senior leaders about how you would tackle Reticle work specifically. By this point, you will know if we are the right place for you too.We keep it fast, honest, and focused on mutual fit. No endless loops, ghosting, or generic HR screens.
