Engagement Overview
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not an employment position.Regional Client Growth Partners operate their own sales business and partner with Reticle to introduce qualified brands to our Growth Sequence. Partners maintain full control over how, when, and where they conduct sales activities and are compensated exclusively through commissions on client relationships they originate.There are no required schedules, quotas, activity metrics, or internal reporting requirements.
What You Will Do
As an independent Growth Partner, you will:
Identify and build relationships with marketing leaders at brands investing $5k–$15k per month in growth initiatives
Lead commercial conversations that uncover where a brand’s marketing feels out of order and introduce Reticle as a strategic partner
Independently manage prospecting, outreach, and deal development using your own methods, tools, and networks
Close qualified opportunities and coordinate a handoff to Reticle’s centralized delivery teams
Maintain commercial relationships to support long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities
Focus on a primary market or region of your choosing (non-exclusive)
What Success Looks Like
Commission
25% of all first-year client billings generated
10% trailing commission on collected billings for 24 months
Earnings Potential
First-year target for high performers: $180k–$250k+Top partners in similar structures exceed $300k annually
Upside
No caps, no base salary, no earnings ceilingIncome compounds as long as client relationships remain active
Average client engagements range from $5k–$15k per month in recurring spend. A focused portfolio of 10–20 relationships creates meaningful long-term leverage.
Optional Sales Support & Collaboration
At the Growth Partner’s request, Reticle may provide optional support during prospect conversations, proposal development, or presentations to help explain strategy, scope, or delivery capabilities.
Participation by the Reticle team is:
Non-mandatory
Partner-initiated
Advisory in nature
Such support does not direct or control how Growth Partners conduct their sales activities or manage their pipeline.
Opportunity for Promotion
Top-performing Growth Partners who consistently generate results may be considered for promotion to a W-2 Junior Partner role. This role comes with access to profit-sharing, potential governance participation, and additional long-term upside. Promotion is merit-based and not guaranteed; 1099 contractors remain fully independent while pursuing this opportunity.

The Role
We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to execute and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms as a contract resource. You will launch, manage, and report on paid media that supports our client Growth Sequences, ensuring every dollar works toward customer connection and measurable results.
This is an hourly contractor position ($40-60/hour) for someone who can hit the ground running with proven platform expertise and a detail-oriented approach to testing and optimization.
What You Will Do
Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Hold and maintain all current Google certifications (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, etc.).
Build, test, and optimize campaigns based on clear client objectives tied to the Growth Sequence.
Provide clean, actionable reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for scaling or pivoting.
Collaborate with our strategists and account teams to align media execution with customer-first positioning.
Bonus: Experience with OTT/CTV platforms is highly valued.

Campaigns consistently hit or exceed targets for traffic, conversions, and ROAS.
Clean, reliable reporting that turns data into clear next steps for clients.
Platform expertise that anticipates changes (algorithm updates, new features) and adapts proactively.
Comfort working independently within defined strategy guardrails.
Who We Are Looking For
2+ years hands-on experience managing paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube.
Current Google certifications required (proof upon application).
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
US-based, Greater Boston area strongly preferred for potential in-person collaboration.
Detail-oriented executor who thrives on testing, optimization, and clear results.
